Price
The prices payable for products that you order are as set out in our website. Goods on this website are priced in GBP and include VAT.
You will be required to pay our charges for delivery. We charge £3.50 to deliver orders within the UK. Delivery is via royal mail and always requires a signature on delivery. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery. However we always aim to dispatch your item within 2 days unless you have opted for speedy delivery.
All products on our website are available while stocks last. Your web browser should automatically inform you when a product is out of stock. If however in times of high demand this does not happen, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Your card details are handled by our processing agent Paypal.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customers credit/debit card company. We strongly advise customers outside the UK to check currency exchange rates between GBP and the local currency before placing an order on Rainwave Ltd.
Delivery charges outside the UK are set out during the checkout stage. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary depending on the settings of your monitor, software or printer.
Our Guarantee
We at Rainwave Ltd wish to offer a high level of customer satisfaction. If, after receipt of your goods you find any faults or incorrect items, we will arrange either a refund or a replacement product. Customers must notify us of any returns within 21 days from the date you receive the ordered product and proof of purchase will be required.
Unused items in new condition may be returned for a full refund at any time up to 21 days after receipt. The purchase price (excluding postage) for the returned items will be credited to your account when we receive the returned goods, please allow 14 working days during busy periods. Customers please note that we can only refund the items to the card on which the original transaction was made.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock. In this event we will contact you to arrange alternatives or a refund.
